Party Services means any product(s) (e.g. Apps, software, or forms), tool(s) (e.g. integration or development tools) or service(s) (e.g. cloud services, hosting, implementation, configuration, development or accounting services) provided by a party other than Sage or our subcontractors.

Notwithstanding the above, in the event of an increase to Administrator’s costs for Special Third Party Services, Administrator may at any time upon thirty days written notice increase the Fees applicable to such Special Third Party Services, provided, that such fee increase will not exceed the applicable percentage increase in costs incurred by Administrator with respect to such Special Third Party Services.
Customer shall execute and comply with appropriate purchase, license, or services agreements with respect to any Third Party Software or Third Party Services.

Customer acknowledges that in order for MyEcheck to perform the Consulting Services, Customer may need to obtain additional third party services ("Third Party Services") or third party technology ("Third Party Technology").
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Trustee cannot and does not warrant that the Systems, Third Party Software or Third Party Services will continue to interface with the hardware, firmware, software (including operating systems), records or data used by the third parties.

If You do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button, do not download or do not use the Application. This Agreement is a legal document between You and the Company and it governs your use of the Application made available to You by the Company. The Application is licensed, not sold, to You by the Company for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Party Services means all of the services performed by the Parties pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Product shall mean lead alkyl antiknock compounds ("AK") made available for sale, marketed and/or sold, directly or indirectly, to customers for use in the Territory by Octel, Octel Corp. or its Affiliates which shall include all of the AK compounds currently made available for sale by Octel and any new or modified AK products made available for sale, marketed and/or sold, directly or indirectly, by Octel, Octel Corp. or its Affiliates during the term of this Agreement or any extensions thereof. Veritel shall mean Veritel Chemicals B.V. a company organized under the laws of The Netherlands and its Affiliates.
