Patent Costs definition

Patent Costs means the reasonable, documented, out-of-pocket costs and expenses paid to outside legal counsel, and filing and maintenance expenses, [***] in Prosecuting and Maintaining Patents.
Patent Costs means all out-of-pocket expenses for the preparation, filing, prosecution, and maintenance of all United States and foreign patents included in Patent Rights. Patent Costs shall also include reasonable out-of-pocket expenses for patentability opinions, inventorship determination, preparation and prosecution of patent application, re-examination, re-issue, interference, and opposition activities related to patents or applications in Patent Rights.
Patent Costs means the reasonable fees and expenses paid to outside legal counsel, and filing, maintenance and other reasonable out-of-pocket expenses paid to Third Parties, incurred in connection with the Prosecution and Maintenance of Patent Rights.

Patent Costs has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.
Patent Costs means all expenses for the preparation, filing, prosecution, and maintenance of all United States and foreign patents included in Patent Rights. Patent Costs means the out-of-pocket fees and expenses paid to outside legal counsel and other Third Parties and filing, prosecution and maintenance expenses incurred in connection with the establishment and maintenance of rights under Patents.
Patent Costs means all Expenses reasonably allocated to the Shared Products for the prosecution, maintenance and enforcement of Patents that Cover the Shared Products.
