Performance Stock definition

Performance Stock means a Target Number of Shares granted pursuant to Section 10(a) of the Plan.

Performance Stock means the right to receive from Newmont Mining Common Stock or restricted stock units under terms and conditions defined in a restricted stock unit or other award agreement, as determined by the Compensation Committee.

Performance Stock means an Award that entitles the recipient to receive Shares, without payment, following the attainment of designated Performance Goals.

Examples of Performance Stock in a sentence

• The Company hereby grants the Participant an Award of Performance Stock Units covering the number of Shares set forth above (the “Units”) under the Plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and this Award Agreement.

• Accordingly, this grant of Performance Stock Units will only become effective if stockholders approve the Plan, and the grant will automatically become void and of no force or effect on the date of the Company’s 2024 Annual Meeting if stockholders do not approve the Plan.

• Employee acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan, and agrees that this award of Performance Stock Units shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Plan, including future amendments thereto, if any, pursuant to the terms thereof, which is incorporated herein by reference as a part of this Agreement.
