Period of Operation definition

Period of Operation means, with respect to each Metered Parking Space, the Days and the period or periods of time during each Day that the City permits the parking of a motor vehicle in that Metered Parking Space and requires the payment of a Metered Parking Fee for use of that Metered Parking Space.
Period of Operation means such time during the day when Passenger Services are scheduled to run.
Period of Operation means the period of operation of the Corporation stated in Article 3 herein and any extension thereof (if any) approved by resolution of General meetings of Shareholders;

Examples of Period of Operation in a sentence

  • Proposed prices to be charged must be submitted in writing to Department and approved, in writing, by Department prior to commencement of any Period of Operation.

  • A Monthly Report shall be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of the end of each calendar month of the Period of Operation.

  • Concessionaire shall compensate any staff obtained by Department for the remainder of the then current Period of Operation and shall reimburse Department for all costs incurred by Department in obtaining appropriate staff.

  • Concessionaire may request to extend the Period of Operation either prior to the Saturday before Memorial Day and/or after Labor Day.

  • The Mandatory Compliance and Performance Evaluation Meetings shall be held as follows: • Meeting #1 - Prior to commencement of the Period of Operation or Memorial Day, whichever comes first.

  • Concessionaire shall be deemed to not have permission to extend the Period of Operation without written approval from the Office of Leases & Concessions and the Area Superintendent.

  • The Mandatory Compliance and Performance Evaluation Meetings shall be held as follows: • Meeting #1 - Prior to commencement of the Period of Operation.

  • For the Initial Term of this Agreement, any calendar day(s) prior to the Period of Operation, and the ten (10) calendar days after Labor Day, which comprise the remainder of this Agreement’s Initial Term, are solely to allow for Concession set-up and take-down, respectively.

  • Concessionaire shall submit to Department, no later than October 15th following each Period of Operation this Agreement is in effect, an Annual Financial Statement (“Annual Report”) for the prior Period of Operation.

  • Licensee shall submit to Department, for approval, a written Operation Plan (“Operation Plan”) prior to commencement of the Period of Operation for the Initial Term and any subsequent Renewal Term(s).

Related to Period of Operation

  • Hours of Operation are the hours established by the Employer to provide adequate service to the public and to fulfil the functions of the work unit.

  • Commencement of Operations means, with respect to any Facility, the completion and the performance of all of the following activities:

  • Areas of Operations means the locations where PURCHASER performs the operations described in the contract.

  • Area of operation means the area from which the persons can be admitted as members of the Bank.

  • AREA OF OPERATIONS means the Company's oilfield operations in the States of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.

  • Plan of operation means the plan of operation of the program

  • Certificate of operation means a document issued by the administrator or an approved local jurisdiction for a conveyance indicating that the conveyance has been inspected by the administrator, an approved local jurisdiction, or a licensed third-party conveyance inspector and approved under this article.

  • Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;

  • In operation means engaged in activity related to the primary design function of the source.

  • Railway Operation means the construction and operation under this Agreement of the relevant Railway and associated access roads and Additional Infrastructure (if any) within the relevant Railway Corridor and of the associated Lateral Access Roads, in accordance with approved proposals;

  • Normal operation means all periods of operation except start-up and shutdown operations and maintenance of equipment;

  • Operating Period for any Element of the Project shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of such Element of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date and for the Project, shall mean the period from (and including) the COD of the Project, up to (and including) the Expiry Date;

  • Operational Period means a period starting with the date and time a Certificate is issued (or on a later date and time certain if stated in the Certificate) and ending with a date and time at which the Certificate expires or is earlier revoked.

  • Salvage operation means any business, trade or industry engaged in whole or in part in salvaging or reclaiming any product or material, including but not limited to metals, chemicals, shipping containers or drums.

  • CT conditions of operation means all selectable parameters governing the operation of a CT X-ray system including, but not limited to, nominal tomographic section thickness, filtration, and the technique factors as defined in 41.1(2).

  • Mining operation means any operations undertaken for the purpose of winning any mineral as defined in section 3 (d) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.

  • Exploration Period means the period mentioned in Article 3 during which Exploration Operations may be carried out by the Contractor as provided in Article 3 hereof.

  • Farm operation means any activity conducted solely or primarily for the production of one or more agricultural products or commodities, including timber, for sale or home use, and customarily producing such products or commodities in sufficient quantity to be capable of contributing materially to the operator's support.

  • Railway Operation Date means the date of the first carriage of iron ore, freight goods or other products over the relevant Railway (other than for construction or commissioning purposes);

  • Business operations means engaging in commerce in any form, including by acquiring, developing, maintaining, owning, selling, possessing, leasing, or operating equipment, facilities, personnel, products, services, personal property, real property, or any other apparatus of business or commerce.

  • Production Operations means all operations conducted for the purpose of producing Petroleum from the Development Area after the commencement of production from the Development Area including the operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities therefor.

  • Exploration Operations means operations conducted in the Contract Area pursuant to this Contract in searching for Petroleum and in the course of an Appraisal Programme and shall include but not be limited to aerial, geological, geophysical, geochemical, palaeontological, palynological, topographical and seismic surveys, analysis, studies and their interpretation, investigations relating to the subsurface geology including structural test drilling, stratigraphic test drilling, drilling of Exploration Xxxxx and Appraisal Xxxxx and other related activities such as surveying, drill site preparation and all work necessarily connected therewith that is conducted in connection with Petroleum exploration.

  • Annual Accounting Period or “Financial Year” means the period commence on 1st July and shall end on 30th June of the succeeding calendar year.

  • Operations means all the activities conducted by PURCHASER under this contract, including project work, logging, or post harvest activities; or the furnishing of all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to successfully complete any individual item or the entire contract.

  • Testing Period means a single period consisting of the four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower then last ended (whether or not such quarters are all within the same fiscal year), except that if a particular provision of this Agreement indicates that a Testing Period shall be of a different specified duration, such Testing Period shall consist of the particular fiscal quarter or quarters then last ended that are so indicated in such provision.

  • Initial Operation means the first integral operation of the complete equipment covered under the Contract with the sub-system and supporting equipment in service or available for service.
