Permanent Global Notes definition

Permanent Global Notes is defined in Section 6.3.

Permanent Global Notes means the Class A Permanent Global Note, the Class B Permanent Global Note and the Class C Permanent Global Note;

Permanent Global Notes means any permanent global note representing any class of Notes;

Examples of Permanent Global Notes in a sentence

• The Issuer may, at its option, deliver from time to time to the Fiscal Agent a stock of Master Temporary Global Notes and Master Permanent Global Notes and/or, to the Registrar, a stock of Master Global Registered Notes.

• Interests in Temporary Global Notes will be exchangeable for interests in Permanent Global Notes or, if specified in the Pricing Supplement, for definitive Notes (“Definitive Notes”) in bearer or registered form.

• Interests in Permanent Global Notes will be exchangeable for Definitive Notes in bearer form (“Definitive Bearer Notes”) or for Definitive Notes in registered form (“Definitive Registered Notes”).

• The Issuer may, at its option, deliver from time to time to the Fiscal Agent a stock of Master Temporary Global Notes and Master Permanent Global Notes.

• The Fiscal Agent or the Registrar will promptly assist the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) in resolving any discrepancy identified in the IOA of Notes any NGN Temporary Global Notes or NGN Permanent Global Notes or in the records reflecting the IOA of any Global Note held under the NSS.

Permanent Global Notes means each Class A Permanent Global Note, each Class B Permanent Global Note and each Class C Permanent Global Note;
