Permit Holder definition

Permit Holder means the Person to whom a Building Permit has been issued.
Permit Holder means the owner to whom a permit has been issued or where a permit has been transferred, the new owner to whom the permit has been transferred.

Permit Holder means the person to whom the permit has been issued and who assumes the primary responsibility for complying with the Act and the Building Code.
