Personal Data Protection Act definition

Personal Data Protection Act means the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 26 of 2012) of Singapore. “Personnel” means any of our directors, officers, employees, servants, agents and representatives.
Personal Data Protection Act means the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709), and includes all additions, amendments and revisions thereto effected from time to time.
