Successors as used in this Agreement shall not include any purchaser, as such purchaser, of any of the [Unsecured Notes] from any of the respective Underwriters.
Successors and Assigns as used herein shall mean a corporation or other entity acquiring all or substantially all the assets and business of the Company (including this Agreement) whether by operation of law or otherwise.
Representatives means, with respect to any Person, the officers, directors, employees, accountants, consultants, agents, legal counsel, financial advisors and other representatives of such Person.
Transferees as defined in subsection 10.5(g).
Heirs means those persons, including the surviving spouse, who are entitled under the statutes of intestate succession to the property of a decedent.
assigns shall not include any purchaser of Securities merely because of such purchase.
Attorneys means the Attorneys stipulated in clause 4 of the Covering Schedule;
Siblings means brothers or sisters. They are defined as children with at least one natural or adoptive parent in common, living at the same or a different address. Children living permanently in the same household at the same address would also be counted as siblings, regardless of their actual relationship to each other. To qualify as a sibling a child must be on the roll of the school in question at the date of application, allocation and admission.

Agents means, collectively, the Administrative Agent, the Syndication Agent and the Documentation Agent.
Controlling and “Controlled” have meanings correlative thereto.
Specified Persons means the Directors, connected persons, the insiders, the Designated Employees and the promoters and immediate relatives are collectively referred to as Specified Persons.
Advisors has the meaning set forth in Section 14.06(c).
Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.
Administrators means each of Gary L. Rhoads and Sandra L. Spayd, solely in such Person's capacity as Administrator of the Trust continued hereunder and not in such Person's individual capacity, or such Administrator's successor in interest in such capacity, or any successor appointed as herein provided.
Severe forms of trafficking in persons means— (1) Sex trafficking in which a commercial sex act is induced by force, fraud, or coercion, or in which the person induced to perform such act has not attained 18 years of age; or
Fiduciaries means professional firms such as auditors, accountancy firms, law firms, analysts, insolvency professional entities, consultants, banks etc., assisting or advising the Company.
Officers Certificate” means a certificate signed on behalf of the Company by two Officers of the Company, one of whom must be the principal executive officer, the principal financial officer, the treasurer or the principal accounting officer of the Company, that meets the requirements of Section 12.05 hereof.
Immediate Family Members means with respect to any individual, such individual’s child, stepchild, grandchild or more remote descendant, parent, stepparent, grandparent, spouse, former spouse, qualified domestic partner, sibling, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law and daughter-in-law (including adoptive relationships) and any trust, partnership or other bona fide estate-planning vehicle the only beneficiaries of which are any of the foregoing individuals or any private foundation or fund that is controlled by any of the foregoing individuals or any donor-advised fund of which any such individual is the donor.
The terms affiliated person," "assignment," "interested person" and "vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities", when used in this Agreement, shall have the respective meanings specified in the Investment Company Act.
