Pfizer Trademarks means trademarks, service marks, logos, Internet domain names, trade dress, trade names, and corporate names, now existing or hereafter adopted or acquired, whether registered or unregistered, including without limitation any applications or registrations therefor, and all goodwill connected with the use thereof and symbolized thereby, that are owned, controlled or used by Pfizer or its Affiliates.

SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

For the avoidance of doubt, Licensed Know-How excludes any Know-How related to ritonavir that has been (either as of the Effective Date or at any time during the term of this Agreement) in-licensed by Pfizer from any Third Party.

  • Trademarks means any trademark and servicemark rights, whether registered or not, applications to register and registrations of the same and like protections, and the entire goodwill of the business of Borrower connected with and symbolized by such trademarks.

  • Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property licensed to the Company pursuant to the Company IP Agreements.
