Examples of PJM Tariff in a sentence
In the event of any conflict between defined terms set forth in the PJM Tariff or the PJM-DEP Joint Operating Agreement and the defined terms in this Agreement, such conflict shall be resolved in favor of defined terms set forth in this Agreement.
PJM has agreed to make all filings on behalf of the PJM Transmission Owners in order to retain administrative control over the PJM Tariff.
Any provisions of the PJM Tariff or the PJM-DEP Joint Operating Agreement relating to this Agreement that use any such defined term shall be construed using the definition given to such defined term in this Agreement.

More Definitions of PJM Tariff
PJM Tariff means the PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff providing transmission service within the PJM Control Area, including any schedules, appendices, or exhibits attached thereto, as in effect from time to time.
