Point Operator means the operator of any point of receipt or delivery on Transporter’s system

Point Operator means any individual, firm, or corporation, or its agent, assignee, or other legal representative, that owns natural gas production, or owns and/or operates gas production, processing or upstream or downstream pipeline facilities that are directly connected to GTS' system, and who is responsible for the confirmation, scheduling, receipt or delivery, and the allocation of gas through such interconnecting facility.

Point Operator means a party which physically operates facilities connected to Transporter’s System for deliveries of Gas into, or receipts from, Transporter’s System, or a third-party designated in writing by the party physically operating such facility. A Point Operator must comply with the Tariff.
