Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries are in default in the observance or performance of their respective obligations under said documents and instruments and Company and its Subsidiaries have taken all actions required to be performed under all Policies of Insurance to keep unimpaired their rights thereunder.
Lender may request cancellation of all or any of the Scheduled Policies of Insurance at the earliest time after default permitted by applicable law.
