Political Subdivisions means cities, counties, and educational institutions.
Political Subdivisions of the state means municipal corporations, townships, counties, school districts, and all other bodies corporate and politic responsible for governmental activities only in geographical areas smaller than that of the state.
Political Subdivisions or ”local authorities” means “administrative-territorial units” or “local self governing authorities”. In witness whereof the undersigned, duly authorised thereto, have signed this Protocol. Done in duplicate at..... this..... day of..... 201..., in the Georgian, Norwegian and English languages, all three texts being equally authentic. In the case of divergence of interpretation the English text shall prevail.
