Portfolio Investment Loss has the meaning ascribed to that term in each of the Fund LP Agreements.

Portfolio Investment Loss means Loss of the Company computed with respect to each Portfolio Investment as if such Portfolio Investment were the only asset of the Company and the only expenses of the Company were Direct Expenses or Allocable Expenses.

Portfolio Investment Loss. With respect to any Portfolio Investment, expenses, deductions and other losses of the Partnership relating to such Portfolio Investment (including expenses, deductions and other losses of the Partnership related to a Bridge Financing) and any loss for United States federal income tax purposes resulting from a Capital Transaction involving such Portfolio Investment; provided that if the Carrying Value of any asset differs from its adjusted basis for United States federal income tax purposes, such loss shall be calculated for Capital Account maintenance purposes with reference to such Carrying Value.

Related to Portfolio Investment Loss

  • Portfolio Investment means any Investment held by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries in their asset portfolio.

  • Eligible Investment Required Ratings A long-term debt rating of at least “A+” by S&P or a long-term debt rating of at least “A” by S&P and a short-term debt rating of at least “A-1” by S&P.

With respect to a Mortgage Loan the proceeds of which were used to refinance an existing mortgage loan, the appraised value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) obtained at the time of refinancing.
