Power Purchase definition

Power Purchase means whosoever with whom JREDA has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for offtake of power from the 2 MW Canal-top solar PV Plant.
Power Purchase means whosoever with whom HPGCL has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for offtake of power from the proposed 10 MW Solar PV Plant.
Power Purchase means whosoever with whom GSDMA has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for off take of power from the 1 MW solar PV Plants.

  • Power Purchase Agreement or "PPA"" shall mean this Power Purchase Agreement including its recitals and Schedules, amended or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.
