Presuit Settlement Demand definition

Presuit Settlement Demand means the demand made by the “claimant” in the written notice of intent to initiate litigation as required by Florida law. The demand must include the amount of reasonable and necessary attorney fees and costs incurred by the “claimant”, to be calculated by multiplying the number of hours actually worked on the claim by the “claimant’s” attorney as of the date of the notice by a reasonable hourly rate.

  • TARGET Settlement Day means any day on which TARGET2 is open for the settlement of payments in euro;

  • Standard Settlement Period means the standard settlement period, expressed in a number of Trading Days, on the Company’s primary Trading Market with respect to the Common Stock as in effect on the date of delivery of the Notice of Exercise.

  • Default Settlement Method means Combination Settlement with a Specified Dollar Amount of $1,000 per $1,000 principal amount of Notes; provided, however, that the Company may, from time to time, change the Default Settlement Method by sending notice of the new Default Settlement Method to the Holders, the Trustee and the Conversion Agent.

  • Settlement Agent means, with respect to any Transaction the subject of which is a Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan, the entity approved by Buyer, in its sole good-faith discretion, which may be a title company, escrow company or attorney in accordance with local law and practice in the jurisdiction where the related Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan is being originated. A Settlement Agent is deemed approved unless Buyer notifies Seller otherwise at any time electronically or in writing.
