Pricing Letter definition

Pricing Letter means that certain letter agreement among Buyer and each Seller Party, dated as of the date hereof, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Pricing Letter means the pricing letter among the Issuer, the Depositor, Option One and the Indenture Trustee, dated the date hereof and any amendments thereto.

Pricing Letter means the pricing letter setting out the fees and other pricing terms relating to the provision of Services.
