Privileges definition

Privileges means exclusive privileges as set out in the E-Privilege which may be, from time to time, updated or amended by the Company;
Privileges has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a) of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Privileges

Privileges means all privileges that may be asserted under applicable law, including, without limitation, privileges arising under or relating to the attorney-client relationship (including but not limited to the attorney-client and work product privileges), the accountant-client privilege, and privileges relating to internal evaluative processes.
Privileges or “Clinical Privileges” means the permission granted to a Practitioner to provide specific services to patients, in the Hospital. The Practitioner shall be granted reasonable access to Hospital equipment, facilities, and personnel necessary to effectively exercise such privileges in accordance with these Bylaws.
