Processing Fees definition

Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

Processing Fees or “Administrative Fees” means the fees charged, by Home Credit, to the Customer for providing the financing facility. Such fee/s shall be part of the Total Cash Payment as herein defined;

Processing Fees means the standard fee imposed by the City upon the submission of an application for a permit or approval, which is not an Impact Fee or Exaction, in accordance with the City practice on a City-Wide basis.

Examples of Processing Fees in a sentence

• The Project shall only be subject to the Processing Fees and Impact Fees and Exactions as set forth in this Section 5.7, and the City shall not impose any new Processing Fees or new or modified Impact Fees and Exactions on the development of the Project or impose new conditions or requirements for the right to develop the Project (including required contributions of land, public amenities or services) except as set forth in this Agreement.

• With each monthly payment, the Contractor shall submit back-up information documentation for value for commodities based on actual sales price that documents the amount paid or charged to the City and Processing Fees subtracted from the Recyclable Value Share.

More Definitions of Processing Fees

Processing Fees means any amounts due under an Obligor Note in respect of processing fees, service fees or late fees.

Processing Fees means the fees payable by Merchant to Bank and Clearent for the Services Bank and Clearent provides to Merchant in connection with the Merchant Agreement, as the same may be revised from time to time.

Applications for Subsequent Approvals for the Project shall be charged Processing Fees to allow City to recover its actual and reasonable costs of processing Developer’s Subsequent Approvals with respect to the Project.

Processing Fees means the normal and customary application, filing, plan check, permit fees for Cannabis activity approvals, design review, building permits, demolition permits, grading permits, and other similar permits and entitlements, and inspection fees, which fees are charged to reimburse the City’s expenses attributable to such applications, processing, permitting, review and inspection and which are in force and effect on a general basis at such time as said approvals, permits, review, inspection or entitlements are granted or conducted by the City.

Processing Fees means all fees for processing development project applications, including any required supplemental or other further environmental review, plan checking and inspection and monitoring for land use approvals, design review, grading and building permits, General Plan maintenance fees, and other permits and entitlements required to implement the Project, which are in effect at the time those permits, approvals or entitlements are applied for, and which are intended to cover the actual costs of processing the foregoing.

Processing Fees means any of the fees set forth, defined and imposed in RIGL §44- 33.6-4(d).
