Procurement Manager definition

Procurement Manager means any person or designee authorized by a state agency or local public body to enter into or administer contracts and make written determinations with respect thereto.

Procurement Manager means any person or designee authorized by the Agency to enter into or administer contracts and make written determinations with respect thereto.
