Product Package definition

Product Package means the Product and the Documentation, collectively.
Product Package means a package of more than one energy labelled product;

  • If Test Studio Products Product Package, for which you have purchased one or more licenses, does not include the Progress Telerik Test Studio Licensing Server component, and if you do not have an internet connection, you can use the manual de-activation option.

  • You may not distribute, redistribute, sell, resell, transfer, rent, lease, or sublicense the Progress Telerik JustMock Product Package or any portions thereof.

Product Package means a distinct batch of the Product purchased hereunder. Each Product Package has its specific purchase price, volume of Product purchased, and may include certain other parameters and terms pertaining to the Product and its supply.
