Production Records definition

Production Records means all Records (including Batch Records, Master Batch Records, and Specifications) and other documentation, including but not limited to databases or other work product generated by SAFC for Company during and in connection with the Services, whether recorded in writing, electronically, or otherwise.
Production Records means the books, accounts and records maintained by or on behalf of a Seller Group Member showing reasonable detail in relation to:

Examples of Production Records in a sentence

  • Upon request, Contractor shall provide CO and COR with the following contract funded documents as specified below but not limited to: Process Development Reports; Assay Qualification Plan/Report, Assay Validation Plan/Report, Assay Technology Transfer Report, Batch Records, Contractor/Subcontractor Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Master Production Records, Certificate of Analysis, Clinical Studies Data or Reports.

More Definitions of Production Records

Production Records means any material, whether or not in the possession or control of the Insured, relating in any way whatsoever to the production of an insured crop. "production shortfall indemnity" means the indemnity by that name in an Insuring Agreement.
Production Records means all documentation pertaining to the manufacture and testing of a completed Lot of Bulk Product, including but not limited to Executed Batch Records, sampling documentation, test results and raw data for all Raw Material testing, Peanut Flour testing, In-Process Materials testing, and Bulk Product Release Testing performed at CoreRx or its contract laboratories and related OOS results and other quality incidents, investigative reports, deviations reports, and all applicable manufacturing process data (including any pertinent output from instrumentation and all documentation of cleaning performed in association with manufacture of the previous product in the equipment to be used for manufacture of Product or performed following installation, maintenance, or cleaning expiration of equipment to be used for manufacture of Product.
Production Records means all documentation, records, required retain samples, batch records, Specifications, databases or other work product generated by SAFC during and in connection with Manufacture of Product, whether recorded in writing, electronically, or otherwise.
Production Records means all documentation, Records, required retain samples, Batch Records, Technical Specifications, databases or other work product generated by PROVIDER during and in connection with a Project.

Related to Production Records

  • Collection Records means all manually prepared or computer generated records relating to collection efforts or payment histories with respect to the Receivables.

  • Education records means an education record as defined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act and its implementing regulations, 20 USC Section 1232g and 34 CFR Part 99, respectively.

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Vital records means certificates or reports of birth, death, fetal death, marriage, dissolution, annulment, and related data.

  • Education Record means those records that contain information directly related to a student and which are maintained by an education agency or institution or by a party acting for the agency or institution.

  • Electronic Record(s means the electronic record as defined under clause (t) of subsection (1) of section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

  • Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

  • Student Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a student that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the student through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the student by a teacher or other LEA employee. For the purposes of this Agreement, Student Records shall be the same as Educational Records, and Covered Information, all of which are deemed Student Data for the purposes of this Agreement. Service Agreement: Refers to the Contract or Purchase Order to which this DPA supplements and modifies.

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • confidential records means those portions of correspondence, memoranda, files, manuals, books, lists, financial, operating or marketing records, magnetic tape, or electronic or other media or equipment of any kind in Executive’s possession or under Executive’s control or accessible to Executive which contain any proprietary information.   • Samples mean representative physical examples of materials, equipment or workmanship, used to confirm compliance with requirements and/or to establish standards for use in execution of the Work.

  • Transaction Record means a paper Transaction record dispensed mechanically, or written notification generated by or on behalf of Us, or notice of a pending or completed Transaction or a summary of the balance of Your Account, including notifications issued by email or SMS text message to You or available as an Account Statement or balance of Account when You use a Mobile Device or other Access Terminal.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Project Data means all proprietary data of the Project generated out of the Project operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data which the Bidder obtains, possesses or processes in the context of providing the Services to the users pursuant to this RFP including the SLA;

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • Files and Records means all files and records of Seller relating to the Business, whether in hard copy or magnetic or other format including customer and supplier lists and records; equipment maintenance records; equipment warranty information; plant plans, specifications and drawings; sales and advertising material; computer software; technical and research analyses; engineering, sales, marketing and other studies, data and plans; bid information; quality assurance records; and records relating to those employees of Seller who may become employed by Purchaser following the Closing.

  • Batch Record means the production record pertaining to a Batch.

  • Records means any written or recorded information, regardless of physical form or characteristics, which is produced or acquired by the Party in the performance of this agreement. Records produced or acquired in a machine readable electronic format shall be maintained in that format. The records described shall be made available at reasonable times during the period of the Agreement and for three years thereafter or for any period required by law for inspection by any authorized representatives of the State or Federal Government. If any litigation, claim, or audit is started before the expiration of the three-year period, the records shall be retained until all litigation, claims or audit findings involving the records have been resolved.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Electronic File means any text, illustration or other matter supplied or produced by either Party in digitised form on disc, through a modem, or by ISDN or any other communication link.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).
