Program Management Plan definition

Program Management Plan or (“PMP”) shall mean a management plan for the Program, to be developed by the Program Manager, which PMP shall also include Project Implementation Plans specific to each of the Projects, as more fully described in Section IV.2(A).
Program Management Plan means the written plans and procedures prepared by District’s prior program manager for management, administration, and oversight of the Bond Program, including, without limitation, any modifications thereto requested by Program Manager and approved by District.
Program Management Plan has the meaning given in Section 5.2 [Program Management Plan] of Schedule 4 [Design and Construction Protocols].

Program Management Plan means the plan annexed to this Agreement as Annexure B as may be amended by written agreement of the Parties from time to time.

Related to Program Management Plan

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • Pest Management Plan and “PMP” means the Recipient’s plan dated March 9, 2010, which: (i) addresses the concerns relating to the Project risks associated with potential increases in the use of pesticides for agricultural production, intensification and diversification and controlling disease vector populations arising from irrigation schemes; (ii) sets forth mitigation and monitoring measures to be taken during Project implementation and operation to eliminate adverse environmental and social impacts, offset them, or reduce them to acceptable levels; (iii) recommends institutional measures to strengthen national capacities to implement the mitigation and monitoring measures; and (iv) as part of the implementation arrangements, identifies national agencies and other partners that could play a vital role in the success of the Project.

  • Nutrient management plan means a plan developed or approved by the Department of Conservation and Recreation that requires proper storage, treatment and management of poultry waste, including dry litter, and limits accumulation of excess nutrients in soils and leaching or discharge of nutrients into state waters.

  • Management Plan means a plan to manage the activities and protect the special value or values in an Antarctic Specially Protected Area or an Antarctic Specially Managed Area.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.

  • risk management plan ’ means a risk management plan submitted to the Ad- ministrator by an owner or operator of a stationary source under subparagraph (B)(iii).
