Project Completion Date definition

Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;
Project Completion Date means the date set out in Section 2.3 on which the Applicant anticipates completing the Project, understood to be the Milestone Completion Date of the last Milestone as indicated in Schedule D;
Project Completion Date means the date on which the Provisional Certificate is issued and, in the event, no Provisional Certificate is issued, the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • The Project Completion Date is defined as the date by which all services and obligations outlined in Exhibit “A” shall be fully performed and delivered to the satisfaction of the County.

More Definitions of Project Completion Date

Project Completion Date means the date specified in the agreement on which the Scope of Work will be fully completed. This term is only used in loan agreements.
