Property and Casualty definition

Property and Casualty means property and casualty as that term is commonly used in the insurance business and includes but is not limited to liability policies, first party property policies and workers compensation policies.

  • Insured Casualty has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(x)(iv)(B).

  • Net Casualty Proceeds means, with respect to any Casualty Event, the amount of any insurance proceeds or condemnation awards received by the Borrower or any of its U.S. Subsidiaries in connection with such Casualty Event (net of all collection or similar expenses related thereto), but excluding any proceeds or awards required to be paid to a creditor (other than the Lenders) which holds a first priority Lien permitted by clause (d) of Section 7.2.3 on the property which is the subject of such Casualty Event.

  • D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.

  • Casualty Loss has the meaning set forth in Section 5.06.

  • Casualty Proceeds means, with respect to any Casualty Event, the amount of any insurance proceeds or condemnation awards received by the Borrower, any Parent Guarantor or any of their respective Subsidiaries in connection therewith, but excluding any proceeds or awards required to be paid to a creditor (other than the Lenders) which holds a first-priority Lien permitted by Section 7.2.3 on the property which is the subject of such Casualty Event.

  • Condemnation Awards means any and all judgments, awards of damages (including severance and consequential damages), payments, proceeds, settlements, amounts paid for a taking in lieu of Condemnation, or other compensation heretofore or hereafter made, including interest thereon, and the right to receive the same, as a result of, or in connection with, any Condemnation or threatened Condemnation.

  • General Assets shall have the meaning given it in Section 3.6(a) hereof;
