Prospectus Supplement definition

Prospectus Supplement means the supplement to the Prospectus complying with Rule 424(b) of the Securities Act that is filed with the Commission and delivered by the Company to each Purchaser at the Closing.
Prospectus Supplement. The Prospectus Supplement dated March 24, 2003 relating to the Offered Certificates. PUD: Planned Unit Development.
Prospectus Supplement means any prospectus supplement to the Base Prospectus filed with the Commission pursuant to Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act, including the documents incorporated by reference therein.
