Protected Data definition

Protected Data means (a) all User Information that you provide to Stripe; and (b) any Personal Data that Stripe uses when acting as a “Data Processor” (as defined in the Data Processing Agreement) when providing the Services.
Protected Data means Personal Data received from or on behalf of the Member relating to a Data Subject, or otherwise obtained or created in connection with the performance of the Services or IPSX's obligations or rights under this Agreement;

More Definitions of Protected Data

Protected Data means any data or information that is subject to regulation under Applicable Data Protection Law.
Protected Data means Personal Information and Confidential Data.
Protected Data means data regulated by the PCI-DSS, Personal Information and all data for which the Company or its Subsidiaries are required by Law or privacy policy to safeguard and/or keep confidential or private.
Protected Data means Student Data and/or Teacher or Principal Data, as defined above.
Protected Data means Personal Data received by the Service Provider from or on behalf of HCC, or otherwise obtained by the Service Provider in connection with the performance of the Service Provider’s obligations under this Agreement;
Protected Data means Personal Data received from or on behalf of the Customer in connection with the performance of the Supplier’s obligations under the Contract;
