Provider Group means a medical group, independent

Provider Group means a medical group, independent practice association, or any other similar organization.

Provider Group has the meaning given such term in Section 16.2.

Examples of Provider Group in a sentence

• Funding Arrangement Termination Event occurs in relation to the Training Provider, or any other registered training organisation that is a member of the Training Provider Group.

• Funding Arrangement Termination Event occurs; and/or an Other VET Funding Arrangement Termination Event occurs to another registered training organisation that is a member of the Training Provider Group.

• Provider Group – A group of physicians or other Health Care Professionals that is clinically integrated, financially integrated, or that contract together to provide care to patients in a coordinated manner.

Provider Group means a group of at least two (2) individually licensed physicians who:
