PSP Project Manager definition

PSP Project Manager means the individual designated by PSP in each Assignment, and who must be approved by TFC, as the contact person with specific authority to properly supervise and direct the duties and responsibilities of PSP, on behalf of PSP, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Assignment, and who shall have decision-making authority to bind PSP with respect to the Professional Services and the Project.
