Examples of Purchaser Group in a sentence
Purchaser, on its own behalf and on behalf of the Purchaser Group: (1) disclaims reliance on the items in clause (ii) in the immediately preceding sentence; and (2) acknowledges and agrees that it has relied on, is relying on and will rely on only the items in clause (i) in the immediately preceding sentence.
The Servicer shall set aside, for the account of each Purchaser Group, the amount of the Collections to which each such Purchaser Group is entitled in accordance with Article I.
The Seller shall deliver to the Servicer and the Servicer shall hold for the benefit of the Seller and the Administrator (individually and for the benefit of each Purchaser Group), in accordance with their respective interests, all records and documents (including computer tapes or disks) with respect to each Pool Receivable.
