Qualification Criteria definition

Qualification Criteria means the criteria that the Authority requires tenderers to meet as part of the Tender Process, which (subject to compliance with the procurement regulations) shall be:
Qualification Criteria means the criteria provided in Clause 1.9 of the Request for Proposal, which an Applicant is required to satisfy, to be an eligible bidder.
