If a Rate Determination Notice has been given, then until such Rate Determination Notice has been withdrawn by the Administrative Agent, no Eurocurrency Loans of the applicable Lenders denominated in such Agreed Foreign Currency shall have an Interest Period having a duration equal to an Affected Interest Period.

The Debtors or Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, will have the opportunity to review and dispute the Post-Petition Interest Rate Determination Notice and shall file any objection to the Post-Petition Interest Rate Determination Notice no later than sixty (60) days after the receipt of such notice.
