Rate Order definition

Rate Order means an Order or Orders of the Board establishing rates the Licensee is permitted to charge;
Rate Order means an order of the Board that is in force at the relevant time which, among other things, regulates distribution and transmission rates to be charged by a utility;
Rate Order means an order made by the Board under the Act, and in effect at the relevant time, that, among other things, establishes the rates that may be charged by a transmitter for transmission service;
