Real Property Collateral definition

Real Property Collateral means the parcel or parcels of Real Property identified on Schedule R-1 and any Real Property hereafter acquired by Borrower.
Real Property Collateral means any Real Property hereafter acquired by Borrower or its Subsidiaries with a fair market value in excess of $250,000.

More Definitions of Real Property Collateral
