Receipt of Payment definition

Receipt of Payment means receipt by Bank, of (1) a certified or official bank check or wire transfer to Bank; (2) a written or telegraphic advice from a registered clearing agency that funds have been or will be credited to the account of Bank; or (3) a transfer of funds from any of Broker's accounts maintained at Bank.
Receipt of Payment means the date the fee that meets the criteria for the selected category and fee type is received by the California Air Resources Board, for the purpose of calculating fee refunds.
Receipt of Payment. The relevant day shall be the day on which the Dividend or special dividend is actually paid to the shareholder. In the absence of an agreement between the parties in the Terms of the Transaction, the provision regarding “Receipt of Payment” shall be applicable.

  • Proof of payment means, as applicable, a copy of the check, confirmation of credit card or debit card payment, confirmation of wire or automated clearinghouse transfer, and any other information required to demonstrate that payment has been made according to EPA requirements, in the amount due, and identified with the Facility name and Docket No. TSCA-04-2023-3006(b).

  • Tariff Payment means the payments to be made under Monthly Bills as referred to in Article 10 and the relevant Supplementary Bills;

  • Debit Payment means a particular transaction where a debit is made.

  • SAR Exercise Price means the per share exercise price of a SAR granted to a Grantee under Section 9 hereof.

  • Final rate of pay means the actual rate upon which earnings of an employee were calculated during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the member's effective retirement date, and shall include employee contributions picked up after August 1, 1982, pursuant to KRS 78.610(4). The rate shall be certified to the system by the employer and the following equivalents shall be used to convert the rate to an annual rate: two thousand eighty (2,080) hours for eight (8) hour workdays, one thousand nine hundred fifty (1,950) hours for seven and one-half (7.5) hour workdays, two hundred sixty (260) days, fifty-two (52) weeks, twelve (12) months, one (1) year;

  • Exchange Price means as of any date, $1,000, divided by the Exchange Rate as of such date.

  • Schedule of Payments means the schedule of payments disclosed on a Contract.

  • Place of Payment when used with respect to the Securities of any series, means the place or places where the principal of and any premium and interest on, or any Additional Amounts with respect to, the Securities of that series are payable as specified as contemplated by Section 3.1 and 10.2.

  • Exercise Price means the initial exercise price or the adjusted exercise price, depending on the context.

  • Upfront Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Warrant Exercise Price means $0.01 per share.

  • Nonqualified withdrawal means a withdrawal from an account that is not:

  • Option Exercise Price means the price at which a share of Common Stock may be purchased upon the exercise of an Option.

  • Exercise Payment means the amount of money equal to the Exercise Price multiplied by the number of Optioned Shares specified in the Notice of Exercise;

  • AHYDO Catch-Up Payment means any payment, including payments made on subordinated debt obligations, in each case to the extent such payment is necessary to avoid the application of Section 163(e)(5) of the Code.

  • Replacement Price means the price, determined by Buyer in a commercially reasonable manner, at which Buyer purchases (if at all) substitute SRECs having the same or subsequent Reporting Year as those SRECs not delivered by Seller for the deficiency or, absent such a purchase, the Market Price for such quantity of SRECs at or during the time that Seller fails to deliver the SRECs, provided that the Market Price shall never exceed the solar alternative compliance payment.

  • Co-payment means a relatively small amount of money paid by the insured person towards the cost of each day in a private hospital per episode of care, with Latrobe paying the rest of the cost.

  • REIT Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 15.12 hereof.
