Recovery Plan definition

Recovery Plan means a recovery plan drawn up and maintained by an institution in accordance with Article 5;
Recovery Plan means a recovery plan drawn up and maintained by a CCP in accordance with Article 9;
Recovery Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6.

More Definitions of Recovery Plan

Recovery Plan means an individual’s service/treatment plan.

Recovery Plan means a recovery plan with respect to the construction of the Project that has been prepared by the Borrower and delivered to the TIFIA Lender and the FTA Regional Office, which plan includes a certificate from the Borrower’s Authorized Representative concluding that Substantial Completion is likely to occur by the date specified in the recovery plan.
