Rectification Period definition

Rectification Period means the period of time set out in Section 4.3 of this RFP during which a Proponent will be permitted to rectify its Proposal to satisfy the mandatory submission requirements of this RFP.
Rectification Period means the period during which a Proponent may rectify its Proposal. The Rectification Period shall run from the date and time that TCHC issues a Rectification Notice to that Proponent, until the date and time stipulated in the Rectification Notice.
