Redemption Amount definition

Redemption Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Redemption Amount, the Early Redemption Amount (Tax), the Optional Redemption Amount (Call), the Optional Redemption Amount (Put), the Early Termination Amount or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the relevant Final Terms;
Redemption Amount means the Redemption Amount as calculated or, respectively, specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 of the Special Conditions.
Redemption Amount means an amount per Security calculated by the Calculation Agent by applying the relevant determinations by the Determination Agent in accordance with the following formula:(Final Share LevelStrike Price) x Multiplierprovided that if the currency of the Redemption Amount is different to the Currency (as defined in §1(1)), the Redemption Amount shall be converted into the Currency at the prevailing spot rate of exchange, as determined by the Determination Agent in its reasonable discretion pursuant to §317 BGB by taking into consideration the relevant capital market practice and by acting in good faith, whereas the Redemption Amount shall not be less than EUR 0.001.

Examples of Redemption Amount in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, at any time prior to the date the Company Optional Redemption Price is paid, in full, the Company Optional Redemption Amount may be converted, in whole or in part, by any Holder into shares of Common Stock pursuant to Section 4.

  • All Conversion Amounts converted by a Holder after the Company Optional Redemption Notice Date shall reduce the Company Optional Redemption Amount of the Preferred Shares of such Holder required to be redeemed on the Company Optional Redemption Date.

More Definitions of Redemption Amount

Redemption Amount means the Final Redemption Amount, Early Redemption Amount or Optional Redemption Amount, as the case may be, all as defined in the Conditions;
Redemption Amount means either the Final Redemption Amount, the Optional Redemption Amount or the Mandatory Redemption Amount.

A Redeeming Partner shall have no right, without the General Partner’s consent, in its sole and absolute discretion, to receive the Redemption Amount in the form of the Shares Amount.
