Examples of Reference Entity in a sentence
Party A and Party B agree that, each time they enter into a Master Transaction, they enter into a separate and independent Credit Derivative Transaction (a “Component Transaction”) in respect of each Reference Entity listed in the Relevant Annex (as defined in the General Terms Confirmation defined below).
Such quotations may not be available, or the level of such quotations may be substantially reduced as a result of illiquidity in the relevant markets or as a result of factors other than the credit risk of the affected Reference Entity (for example, liquidity constraints affecting market dealers).
