Refinery Company definition

Refinery Company is defined in the preamble.
Refinery Company has the meaning given such term in the introductory paragraph.
Refinery Company means Coffeyville Resources Refining & Marketing, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

  • If the Dispute has not been resolved within forty-five (45) days after the submission of the Dispute to the Fertilizer Company Representative and the Refinery Company Representative, the Dispute shall be submitted to a mutually agreed non-binding mediation.

  • The Parties shall first submit the Dispute to the Fertilizer Company Representative and the Refinery Company Representative, who shall then meet within fifteen (15) days to resolve the Dispute.

  • Refinery Company will pay Fertilizer Company on a monthly basis for all Tail Gas purchased.

  • Fertilizer Company shall pay Refinery Company a pro rata share of Refinery Company's direct costs of providing security services for the entire Fertilizer Plant/Refinery complex, which pro rata share shall be mutually agreed upon by the Parties based upon a commercially reasonable allocation of such costs in relation to the security services as provided to the Fertilizer Plant and the Refinery.

  • Refinery Company requires access to certain property and structures located on the Fertilizer Plant site to conduct its business, and Fertilizer Company requires access to certain structures and property located on the Refinery site to conduct its business.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Fertilizer Company shall reimburse Refinery Company for electricity used by the Offsite Sulfur Recovery Unit as determined by the estimated electrical load of the Offsite Sulfur Recovery Unit, which estimated electrical load is 1,051 kilowatts.

  • Generating Company means any company or body corporate or association or body of individuals, whether incorporated or not, or artificial juridical person, which owns or operates or maintains a generating station;

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Coal means non-coking as well as coking coal, produced domestically and categorized into different classes, grades and sizes, as per the notification/order issued for such purpose by Government of India(GoI)/CIL/ Seller; and shall where the context so requires, include Imported Coal.

  • Critical Energy Infrastructure Information means all information, whether furnished before or after the mutual execution of this Agreement, whether oral, written or recorded/electronic, and regardless of the manner in which it is furnished, that is marked “CEII” or “Critical Energy Infrastructure Information” or which under all of the circumstances should be treated as such in accordance with the definition of CEII in 18 C.F.R. § 388.13(c)(1). The Receiving Party shall maintain all CEII in a secure place. The Receiving Party shall treat CEII received under this agreement in accordance with its own procedures for protecting CEII and shall not disclose CEII to anyone except its Authorized Representatives.

  • Transportation Company means any organization which provides its own or its leased vehicles for transportation or which provides freight forwarding or air express services.
