Examples of Register of Deeds in a sentence
Whenever the City shall deliver any notice or demand to Redeveloper with respect to any breach or default by Redeveloper of its obligations or covenants in this Redevelopment Agreement, the City shall at the same time forward a copy of such notice or demand to each holder of any mortgage authorized by this Redevelopment Agreement at the last address of such holder as shown in the records of the Register of Deeds of Lancaster County, Nebraska or as provided to the City by such mortgage holder.
The City may record this Development Agreement or a Memorandum of this Agreement with the Register of Deeds for Brown County, Wisconsin.
This Redevelopment Contract or a notice memorandum of this Redevelopment Contract may be recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
The City further agrees it will have recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds all Right of Way, deeds, dedications, permanent easements and temporary easements.
The Village may record a copy of this Agreement, or a memorandum thereof, in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
