Registered Capital definition

Registered Capital. Means the registered capital of the Company of RMB ten million (RMB10,000,000) as of the Execution Date, as may be expanded by any capital increase in whatever form during the term of this Agreement.

Registered Capital means the total amount of equity of the Joint Venture pursuant to Chapter 5 as such equity amount may be adjusted according to the relevant provisions of this Contract and relevant PRC law.
