In this Condition, the following expressions shall have the following meanings: Regulation S means Regulation S under the Securities Act;Registered Global Note means a Registered Global Note representing Notes sold outside the United States in reliance on Regulation S; Securities Act means the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
