Each Party will provide the other with reasonable cooperation and assistance to comply with all obligations imposed on them by the Data Protection Legislation and any relevant Applicable Law, including: (i) dealing with and responding to any communications from Data Subjects; (ii) dealing with, mitigating and responding to any breach of personal data; and (iii) with respect to security, impact assessments and consultations with supervisory authorities or Regulatory Bodies.
