More Definitions of REIT Units

REIT Units means the limited liability company interests in the REIT designated as such with the rights, powers and duties set forth herein, and expressed in the number set forth on Exhibit A, as such exhibit may be amended from time to time.
REIT Units means units of participating interest in the REIT created in accordance with the provisions of the Declaration of Trust and includes a fraction of a unit of the REIT, but for the avoidance of doubt, does not include a Special Voting Unit.
