Release Certificate definition

Release Certificate means a Release Certificate in the form attached to this Appendix "C" as Schedule 2 executed by a duly authorized officer of the Custodian and delivered by the Custodian to the applicable Fund by facsimile transmission or in such other manner as such Fund and the Custodian may agree in writing.

Release Certificate means the certificate to be issued by the Procuring Agency, confirming, inter alia, that the Contractor has fulfilled its obligations under this Agreement including the Warranty Obligations;

Release Certificate has the meaning given that term in Section 8.15(b).

Release Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit 1.4 (or other writing in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) from an Authorized Officer of the Borrower.
