Relevant Advance definition

Relevant Advance means the borrowing of the Tranche relating to the Relevant Ship.

Relevant Advance means, in respect of Vessel A, Advance A and in respect of Vessel B, Advance B;

Relevant Advance means the Advance which is being made available, “Relevant Vessel” means the Vessel in respect of which that Advance is being made available and “Relevant Shipbuilding Contract” means the Shipbuilding Contract in respect of the Relevant Vessel. Part A (referred to in clause 9.1.1)

Examples of Relevant Advance in a sentence

• The Borrower shall execute the Swap Confirmation in respect of each Advance within 5 (five) Business Days calculated from the Relevant Advance Date.

• In respect of each Advance, the Interest in respect of such Advance for the relevant Interest Period shall be equal to the Discount Amount in respect of such Advance and shall be paid by the Borrower to the Lender on the Relevant Advance Date of such Advance by means of deducting the Discount Amount from the Aggregate Gross Amount of such Advance.

More Definitions of Relevant Advance

Relevant Advance means, the Advance which is to be made available, and “Relevant Vessel” is the vessel which is to be financed by the Relevant Advance and “Relevant Owner” is the Owner of the Relevant Vessel.
