Promptly after receipt of such Assessments of Compliance, the Securities Administrator shall confirm that the Assessments of Compliance, taken individually address the Relevant Servicing Criteria for each party as set forth on Exhibit Q and on any similar exhibit set forth in each Servicing Agreement in respect of each Servicer and notify the Depositor of any exceptions.
