Reliance on Representations definition

Reliance on Representations. The Parties acknowledge that no promise or inducement which is not contained in this Lease has been made to it, and in executing this Lease it has not relied upon any statement or representation not contained in this Lease. Each of the Parties agrees that they have relied on the representation and warranty of each and every other Party made in writing in this Lease and that but for such representations or warranties such Party would not have executed this Lease.
