Remaining Assets definition

Remaining Assets means any Asset of the Estates that is not (i) Cash on Hand, (ii) an Identified Asset, nor (iii) the Equity Interests in Lucky’s Market GP 2, LLC and LFM Stores, LLC.

More Definitions of Remaining Assets

Remaining Assets means the Purchase Agreement Excluded Assets other than the Government Parcels, the Reorganized Debtor Assets and the Liquidating Trust Assets.
